24KT Gold PVD Titanium Internally Threaded Circular Barbell. Both ends are removable and thread off. Manufactured from High Polish Implant Grade Titanium (Ti-6AL-4V-ELI ASTM F136).Our internally threaded circular barbells are an essential tool in any piercer's box - and a versatile piece of jewelry that can be worn in many different piercings. Choose from a selection of gauges, widths, and either a 3mm or 4mm ball size. The gold color, once deposited, stays bonded to the titanium, and does not flake or wear off.
Gold PVD is not the same as gold plating, though the two are often confused, as it is more durable and long-lasting. It has a high resistance to daily wear and tear, and is an attractive, more affordable option to solid gold jewelry. 24kt gold is the purest form of gold.
